HI-FLOW OILSMART6 PACK FILTERS
These unique OilSmart (OS) filters are 4” x 20” and can each hold over 2 quarts of oil before needing replacement. The OilSmart filters do not attract or collect water, and are selective enough to encapsulate both free and emulsified oils that are a mix of oil and water combined with surfactants which altogether create the chemical emulsions that are so hard to separate out. Mechanical emulsion can also be removed by these OS filters.

This 6-pack #S/XP-6X20 with 6 of the individual filter canisters can take a flow of up to 50 GPM which is conveniently sized to be able to handle the flow from the required sump pumps on elevator sump systems. Until now…the OilSmart elevator systems could not safely discharge oil free water that could be mechanically emulsified.
We can build up enough of these OilSmart filters to handle any flow up to 100 GPM. Any larger requirements…we should talk about using an Oil Water Separators. We can help with these….WE LOVE OIL!
